＜キャンセルポリシー＞
​お客様のご都合によるキャンセルには、ご宿泊料金に対して以下のキャンセル料がかかりますので予めご了承ください。
○連絡なしの不泊：宿泊料金の100%
○4日前から宿泊当日：宿泊料金の100%
○14日前から5日前：宿泊料金の50%
○28日前から15日前：宿泊料金の20%
上記は宿泊日の変更の場合にも、同様に適用されます。なお、台風などの自然災害による飛行機や船の欠航の場合はキャンセル料は発生しません。


<Cancellation policy> 
Cancellation fee will be charged as follows. 
○No-shows without contact will be charged 100% of the accommodation fee
○From 4 days to the day of arrival, 100% of the accommodation fee
○From 14 days to 5 days before, 50% of the accommodation fee
○From 21 days to 15 days before, 20% of the accommodation fee
The above also applies to changes in accommodation dates. In addition, no cancellation fee will be charged if the flight or ship is canceled due to a natural disaster such as a typhoon.
