＜お支払い＞
宿泊地での現金決済をご希望で、３連泊以上ご宿泊の方は、宿泊代金の50%をご予約金として銀行振り込みいただき、その後、チェックアウトの際に残額をお支払いいただきますようお願いいたします。振込先は返信メールにてご案内いたします。客室「空」のみワンちゃんも宿泊できます。ワンちゃん１泊１頭につき3,000円を現地でお支払いください。

○連絡なしの不泊：宿泊料金の100%○4日前から宿泊当日：宿泊料金の100%○14日前から5日前：宿泊料金の50%○21日前から15日前：宿泊料金の20%
上記は宿泊日の変更の場合にも、同様に適用されます。なお、台風などの自然災害による飛行機や船の欠航の場合はキャンセル料は発生しません。
＜PAYMENT＞
If you wish to pay in cash at the hotel and stay for more than 3 consecutive nights, please transfer 50% of the room charge to the bank as a deposit and then pay the remaining amount at the time of check-out. We will inform you of the bank transfer address in the reply e-mail. Dogs are allowed to stay in the "Empty" rooms only. Please pay 3,000 yen per dog per night at the hotel.

＜Cancellation Fee＞Please note that the following cancellation fee will be charged against the accommodation fee for cancellation due to customer's convenience.
○No-shows without contact will be charged 100% of the accommodation fee○From 4 days to the day of arrival, 100% of the accommodation fee○From 14 days to 5 days before, 50% of the accommodation fee○From 21 days to 15 days before, 20% of the accommodation fee
The above also applies to changes in accommodation dates. In addition, no cancellation fee will be charged if the flight or ship is canceled due to a natural disaster such as a typhoon.
